In #00005387 we introduced the option to define custom css module classes. Because this "extends" the existing module settings it is not available if the module itself has no settings. This f. e. is the case for the RTF-module.

We now changed the settings dialog in CM-Neo to also support modules without native settings (like cm_rtf).
